This 13 day trek is best to be assigned in the months of march-june and september-november.On this trek, we explore various regions of the valley in between the langtang himal and the jugal himal. This picturesque valley lies approximately at the north of kathmandu. It was also regarded as the first national parks of nepal in 1971. This trek offers various oppurtunities of exploring some of the awe-inspiring valleys of the respective parts. It includes exploring Tamang village, climbing peaks, having the glimpse of glaciers at a comfortable low elevation.
There are various plus points of this trek. During the trek in August, the sacred lakae of Gosainkunda is visited by thousands of pilgrims from all over the country. Also, Syabru bensi, a Tamang village along the Lantang trailsettled by the bank of Langtang,Khola, Kyanjing Gompa, Langtang Village and oak, rhododendron forests can be taken a glimpse of.
Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01 On the first day of the trek, we drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi (1420m, 7hrs)
Day 02 On the second day of the trek, wafter crossing the suspension bridge hike through a forested area frequented
by langur monkeys, we go our respected Hotel (2380m, 5hrs)
Day 03 Afterwards, we trek to Langtang village by setting out upwards through a forest of hemlock, oaks, maples and rhododendron
catching glimpses of Langtang Lirung.(3500m, 5hrs)
Day 04 This day is vested on the Trek to Kyanjing Gompa where we get from Langtang Valley the trail climbs gradually to Sindum and to Yamphu.(3700m, 3hrs)
Day 05 We trek back to the lodge. Overnight also at lodge.
Day 06 Here, we trek to Sybru Village.That is,we then climb steeply through the forest, crossing the river to Syabru Village. (2087m, 5hrs)
Day 07 We then, trek to Sing Gompa by passing Schools and gompas the trail climbs steeply to Dursagang then continues
through forest of hemlock and oak to the top of ridge at Foprang Danda (3254m, 5hrs).
Day 08 After proceeding to next day we trek to Lauirbina Yak from Sing Gompa the trail climbs gradually up to Chalang Pati from where you have
views of Langtang Lirung, the mountains edging Tibet, (3920m, 3hrs)
Day 09 It marks the trek to Gosaikund. On this day the route ascends up to a small temple with a statue of Sakyamuni and further
climbing you can see good views of Saraswati kunda. (4400m, 3hrs)
Day 10 There's a trek to Gopte.After trekking around to the northern side of Gosaikunda Lake from where the trek descends
to a National Park Post. From here the
route undulates through scrub bamboo to Dupichaur and then to Ghopte. (3440m, 5hrs)
Day 11 We trek to Kutumsang.Descending from Ghopte we ascend to Tharepati and passes to Mgen Goth and reaches to Kutumsang. (2470m, 5hrs)
Day 12 We trek to Chisopani.The trail descends to the delightful hill village of Gul Bhayang before continuing along the forested ridge to Thodang Betini.

Day 13 We trek down to Sundari jal from Mulkharka (1300m) and drive back to Kathmandu.
